THE ORGANISATION
MISSION & HISTORY.
Founded in 2015 in Delhi’s Azadpur Mandi, Roti Bank is a registered not for profit organisation working towards hunger mitigation through feeding those who cannot afford a square meal for themselves. Roti Bank, in all its honesty aims to achieve United Nations’ Global Sustainable Development Goal 2- Zero Hunger by seeking food security, improved nutrition and hunger eradication by fighting all its root causes.
Roti Bank is registered as an NGO under the Societies Registration Act 1860. The organisation is also registered with FSSAI and is enrolled as a member of its initiative, Indian Food Sharing Alliance (IFSA)
